You may cancel your order any time before it has been shipped. If your order has already been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to cancel it.

For the best chance of cancellation, we recommend contacting us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Returns must be authorized before being shipped back.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval. The credit may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
